Bad - room was "non-smoking" but had ashtray and about midnight cigarette smoke was rolling under the adjoining doorway from the office...had to get up and pile bath towels around base of door to try and minimize the stank. Desperately need new pillows - would be better with a bath towel!"

"My husband and I wanted a quiet weekend away for his birthday, so we selected this location due to its proximity to Sauder Village. It's a welcoming older home with huge comfortable beds. The neighborhood is much quieter than we expected, even though you are just a short drive to shopping or dining. I would only advise to verify things in the listing. It said there was a hair dryer (there wasn't) and a washer (we didn't see one). Stephanie was easy to work with and more than happy to answer...
