Special recognition to Randall and Brandon at the front desk. Their customer care and patience were outstanding. They are the reason our stay was excellent. The employees who work at the Starbucks in the lobby also did a fantastic job. As expected, following a football game on a Saturday, neighboring rooms could be louder than normal, with fans relaxing after the game."
