Ok but can be improved

Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. Towels were super small and the futon super thin you basically sleep on top of the carpet. We have stayed in plenty of futon and tatami hotels in our trip and this one was definitely missing the thick part. Uncomfortable night. Also on arrival, although the place was clean that was a horrible smell that went away once we open the windows and air the room

宿は商店街の中にありとても便利です。 奈良公園までも徒歩圏内です。 飲食店や買い物には困りません。 宿の中の共同キッチンや洗濯機を自由に使えるスペースは素晴らしいサービスです。 ここは、コスパ最強です。 また行きたいし、次は長期宿泊したいです！

ならまちの風情のある場所の真ん中にあって、周辺の散策がしやすく楽しかった。 ダブルの布団はロフトだと狭く（落ちそう）窮屈だったので、３人部屋にしたのだが、かけ布団が１枚しかなく、ロフトで寝るしかなかったことが不満。２人以上であれば、１階のソファベッドでも寝られるようにしてほしいと思った。

ロフト付きでソファベッドありの定員３名の部屋を利用しました。ソファベッドには寝具がないことを理解していなくて少し寒さを我慢して眠りました。次回は寝袋持参します。

奈良の駅からは少しありますが徒歩圏内だし主要観光地にはアクセスがしやすいです。 今回ビジネス利用でしたが家族でも利用出来そうです。 部屋はソファベッドとロフトに布団があるのでプライベート重視ならこの部屋が良いと思います。音は気にならないです。また利用しようと思います。
