Room was dated, couch was broken, outside balcony with seating was wonderful to watch sunset but could use a small table."

"Beautiful hotel sits on the ocean with a beach and pool area. Staff were awesome. When they thought my bag was misplaced when we put it for keeping while we waiting to go to the cruise ship, they were as concerned as I was. They had me go with them to help locate it. "

The refund was never processed and the hotel has not responded to several inquiries. I also had a small (but annoying) charge show up a week after our stay, with no explanation and no response from the hotel. "
