"My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."

It was a scary situation coming out of our sleep at 3:15 am. After the situation was taken care of we was frightened to go back to sleep."
