"We loved the breakfast. We didn’t like the busy noisy trucks driving by all day and night. The room had a skylight and it was very bright overnight so that wasn’t great either. The free coffee and tea all day was a great perk. The fireplace at night in the lobby was also a nice addition. Would stay again but in another room that’s darker."

"My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous. The hot tub was down while we were there but it wasn’t missed. We took advantage of the Lake Tour and La Tia’s massage services which were both worth the money. We...

"Gerardina y Rose con su amabilidad le dan calor al lugar. Por el precio acordado obtuvimos un buen lugar, tranquilo, con lo necesario. Muy cerca del Parque. El desayuno y el almuerzo muy buenos. Nuestro único inconveniente, (que al final no está en sus manos), fue mala conexión al WiFi. Por lo demás, sin duda regresaremos."
