We never had in all our life such a soooo small room. 20 cm each side of the bed. Maybe 30-40 from the feet of the bed to the wall. I do not exaggerate it is absolutely true!! No place to put even a small bag Toilets -bathroom extremely small Very uncomfortable to be in these conditions even for just one night Too bad

This is not considered a Hotel. Has anyone from Hotels.com gone to visit this site? 44 years booking hotel rooms this was the worst. We paid and we walked in the room not even able to open luggage in room tinest room i ever experienced. I asked to be upgraded they told me all the rooms are the same. Disgusting to have this on your website.

Wc sale, douche sale, vaisselle sale. Pas de rangement pour les valises, nous avons été obligé de les stocker derrière la porte obstruant le passage en cas d'urgence. Toute fois un très bon accueil à notre arrivée, malheureusement le lendemain nous avons déchanté.

Personnel adorable , à l'écoute qui nous a changé de chambre tout de suite car tres petite mais dommage la deuxieme était très humide et là encore la jeune fille a était adorable et nous a rechangé mais malheureusement toujours aussi humide. Donc pour résumé personnel au top mais chambre à revoir

Angenehm, freundlich und sauber

Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, alles war sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Als Hinweis für das Hotel. Im Badezimmer wäre eine Lampe über dem Spiegel noch toll und den Klopapierhalter muss noch mal ein Handwerker richtig befestigen.

Nous découvrons Kyriad direct et déception par la superficie de la chambre, une fois nos sacs posés cela devient compliqué !! Salle de bain très exiguë. Bon pour un passage éclair mais personnel très accueillant et sur la propreté rien à dire.

Nous devions arriver avec beaucoup de retard en raison de la distance et la circulation la veille du férié du 1er mai ; le personnel et le service de l'accueil a essayé de faire le maximum pour nous attendre. Par ailleurs nous n'avions pas eu le temps de prendre le repas en route. Le personnel de l'accueil nous a mis à l'aise en nous proposant de nous assoir dans la salle du petit déjeuner avec possibilité d'utiliser toute vaisselle utile. Merci infiniment

L'accueil est parfaite et très professionnelle ! Le seul bémol est la petitesse des chambres (le passage est compliqué pour entre deux personnes) et salle de bain et toilettes.
