"I had stayed with friends in Luz St Saveur in 2015 but this time returned on my own to explore a bit more. The Val d’Azun in which Aucun sits is stunning and quiet. Great access to a number of walks and rides and not too far to more popular areas. There is no bar or shop in Aucun but Arrens is only 5-10 mins drive up the road. "The apartment was beautiful—exactly like the pictures shown. The whole apartment is modern with very nice kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking—pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Our hosts, John Luc and Cathie were wonderful. They live on the property in a separate house but give you all the privacy you need. If we had a problem on how to work something, JL would respond immediately and come help us. We told him we’re interested in checking out the Pau area...
