"The breakfast buffet at this hotel is honestly one of the best I've ever experienced anywhere in the world. The food is incredible and what truly makes every morning special is the wonderful team behind it. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed like family. Tamta greets you at the front, always smiling, making you feel at home before you've even sat down. Anna, the manager, carries an incredible attention to detail we've noticed how genuinely friendly she is with every single guest who walks through the door, and she has always taken such wonderful care of us. Mana remembers our drink orders every single day and brings them just the way we like a small gesture that means the world. Tini takes our order by the kitchen each morning, remembers exactly what we love, and has become one of the warmest parts of our daily routine. Marishka radiates wonderful energy, always smiling and happy to help, right there the moment the food comes out. And Sophi is beautifully attentive a missing fork appears before you ask, plates quietly disappear the moment you're done, everything just flows. And it's not only the people we know by name. The chefs and the whole kitchen team are amazing in six weeks, there hasn't been a single day where the food wasn't fresh, consistent, and delicious. "Nice place, rooftop is good too. They let me check in early which was nice. The bathroom vanity was damaged and they check the room for mini bar use which is annoying if you're in a hurry. Plus it leaves no room for anything you want to refrigerate. But aside from that. Nice place in a good location."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel in room 210! The reception team is absolutely wonderful and exceptionally helpful. They accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out for me without any issues or hassle. Their hospitality made my trip so much better. My mother is disabled and when I realised there be stairs, normally hotel.com can be very inflexible. They were very kind and offered a full refund. It actually made me want to stay"
