"Check in process was extremely easy. They took my information and quickly gave us our room keys. What I loved the most was the room they selected for us. It was positioned so you can see the planes take off on the runway and honestly seeing those planes take off was so cool. The convenient store was nice. Furthermore, I also like that they have a money exchanger in the Hotel Lobby. Stopping the need to have to run to the airport to exchange your currency into Japanese Yen. Plus, I really enjoyed the shuttle ride to the Airport. Not only was it clean and comfortable but the shuttle was always on time and never late so that made planning a lot easier."

"Staff was very polite and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The only downside was no complimentary bottled water and lotion."

"A handy shuttle bus goes to the airport every half hour making ot very easy to get to and from the airport, Narita and beyond. While very near the airport, the rooms are well soundproofed and quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the well lanscaped grounds offer a parklike stting to relax in. "
