The rooms are old, bad ventilated and do smell bad. The hotel is used as hub for flight crews, noisy tourist groups ...so do not expect undisturbed nights ... it is very noisy. The stuff is generally helpful and friendly, but not on top of the situation. They were unable to provide me with the room type as ordered and where not able to compensate for that ... I am very disappointed.

This hotel was next to both train lines and near Restaurant or convent stores. They also have shuttle to and from airport Narita. Very easy to get access to either train line. If you prefer the bus is also in same area.

Good value for money

This hotel offers good value for money, with modest but comfortable accommodation, not expensive, conveniently located in the centre of town with shops & restauants handy, and good shuttle bus service to the airport. The staff were friendly & helpful, and most spoke good English.

Great location, hard beds

The hotel was great! The beds and pillows were not very comfortable, but my sister told me that they were "normal" from what she knows of staying in Japan. This was my first trip to Japan, so I did not have anything to compare it to. The location was perfect for us, close to the train station and Narita-san Temple.

Convenient Option - Good Value

Good spot. Good food options in the hotel. Service staff were wonderful. Bed was very firm by U.S. standards. Hotel is a bit dated once you get in your room. Good value overall.

Durchreise

Nach rinem langen Flug endlich ein Hotelzimmer zu beziehen ist schon herrlich. Für ein 3-Sterne Hotel super Service, sauber und gepflegt. Narita ist sicher keine Reise wert,aber als Ausgangspunkt in Japan gut geeignet. Da Nähe zum Flugplatz (mit gratis Shuttle-Bus) optimal ist und mein Rückflug amMorgen früh ist, habe ich schonein Zimmer reserviert.

It’s a convenient place to stay. However the access was poor as there were not often enough shuttle buses to hotel. And I can see it’s quite an old hotel that bathtub didn’t look so good.

Trying to COOL off

Convient location near train and bus stations. Rooms are small and sometimes very hot. I stay here often during all times of the year and the air conditioning system is very weak. We asked the front desk to have our window unlocked so we could sleep with it opened since outside was much cooler than inside the room.

Very close to major train station, free shuttle service to airport, our room was spacious and beds very comfy. Bathroom was a little dated. The breakfast buffet was a fabulous spread of Japanese and western selections, lots of choices and fabulous food. Staff were very helpful, would stay again at this hotel.

Nice stay in Narita

This is my second time in the hotel very conveniently located close to the Narita Station and the Shinshoji, a famous temple and local tourist spot. The room is large for Japanese standard, it is clean and comfortable, without luxuries, but more than sufficient for me. The shuttle bus service to Narita Airport is also very convenient.

フロントの方の対応が残念

2回目の宿泊です．1度目に良い印象だったので今回も宿泊させて頂きました．部屋はきれいに清掃されていて今回も気持ちよく過ごせました．が，チェックインの際に受付に立っておられた方に向かって名前を言おうかと思った瞬間に目をそらして別の作業へ，大変不愉快な対応でした．チェックアウトの際はキーを受け取った方が他の職員と雑談しながらの対応でこれまた気持ちのよい対応ではありませんでした．小さなことですが，印象ってそういうことでも変わると思います．次からは別のホテルにしようかと思っています．

成田駅に近いビジネスホテル

禁煙ルームにしたのですが、なんだかユニットバスはタバコ臭い匂いがしました。(たまたま私が泊まった部屋がそうだっただけかもしれませんが。） 本館と新館があり、新館になると本館から3階の渡り廊下を通らなければいけないので少々不便さを感じました。 その他の設備や従業員さんの接客に特に気になる点はなくトータル的に快適に過ごせました。 成田空港への送迎無料も良い点です！
