"Great location near Narita airport. They offer shuttle free service to and from the airport. Clean room with comfortable beds, amenities, gift shop, restaurant and cafeteria. I fully recommend it. "

"Staffs were very nice and patient. Big thanks to the lady who check us in the hotel. She is definitely a great staff/asset who knows the area and the property. Only small feedback of our stay is, would be nice if the property could be a bit flexible with accomodating complementary late check out of 30 mins to 1 hr."

"The front desk staff was great and did a great job of checking us in and explaining the shuttle service and facilities quickly and effectively. My only gripe was that the gentleman behind the desk in the spa area was very unpleasant and condescending, both when I went to get detergent as well as change for the dryer he glared at me the entire time and when I asked for help took the 100yen coins out of the machine and pushed them into my hand."
