LINENS and BATH TOWELS provided CENTRAL AIR!

This 3 bedroom 1 bath house is located in private Briggs Farm. The Great Salt Pond stretches 4 miles long and offers endless opportunities for fishing, quehoging, swimming and kayaking. There are three beautiful beaches within three miles of the house, each offers a different experience. Walk the docks of an operational fishing village and buy lobster right off of the fishing boats! The Block Island Ferry is just 4 miles away and brings you to a great island adventure- don't forget to bring your bikes! If fishing is your thing, there are daily charter boats available or private charters for the whole family, Block Island sound offers fantastic Striped Bass fishing. Children love Adventure Land which offers batting cages, go karts, bumper boats and miniature golf. The beaches offer all day long sun and surf for boogie boarding, sand castle building or just relaxing on the beach. Return to the central air conditioned beach house and have the kids experience the excitement of the outdoor shower while you warm up the gas grill on the patio for the 2 lb. lobster! This three bedroom, 1 bath house is vinyl sided with a beautiful kitchen and appliances as well as a very clean bathroom and freshly painted bedrooms. Watch the large flat screen TV on those hot nights while the central air cools you down. There is a washer and dryer as well. The house sleeps 5-7 comfortably. Bring your bikes because there is a 8 mile long bike path through Narragansett, if you are unable to bring the bikes, there is a rental shop in town. This is a perfect summer vacation. Quiet neighborhood near many amenities.

The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path, but close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed the pretty backyard. I would definitely book again when in the area.

This rental is in a great location and was perfect for our 6 person family! Big communal space to relax in the evenings and the kids loved the bunk bed :)

Close to the pier and the beach. And the house is great, with several bedrooms, a/c, a great tv in the main room, and an outdoor shower. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Location is amazing quiet but near everything!

Beaches are very close but restaurants and shopping as well. Street exits at a light making traveling both safer and easier yet amazingly quiet location!

Loved our stay Here!!!

We had an amazing stay at this home. Check in was a breeze and the house was just as described: clean, cozy, and very close to beaches and other stores. John is a great person to rent from. He responds so quickly to any questions I had. I knew I loved the spot when I first opened the door and the AC was on and the home was cool as it was very humid out that day. John had the cleaners turn the AC on for when we arrived knowing the weather, so thanks again John. That was greatly appreciated. The outdoor shower was another hit!! We also enjoyed having the kayaks as well. My husband and 2 boys utilized them a few times during the week. We had a blast the week we stayed at this home and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful home to stay at for their vacation. We hope to return in the future!!

Location was the reason for our stay

Overall we loved the location. We are hosts ourselves and we felt a few tweaks to the place would help with guest satisfaction. When we arrived, it was extremely hot, so we had to crank the AC. There were minimal amenities, so we had to go get coffee every morning because there was only a keurig and no keurig cups. A coffee maker is a must have. We had very few towels, no shampoo, one ply toilet paper, etc. There were visible bug traps and the home wasn’t super clean. The host was very responsive, but it just felt like they were not totally ready to host or unable to provide decent amenities. The small things make a big difference, and the location gives it potential, so it’s worth the extra attention to those issues.

Weekend Away!

The property was well cleaned, the size suited our needs, and it was close to the beaches. Spent time sunning, visiting block Island and exploring Fishermen’s. Lovely farmers market on Sunday. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. We may see you again next year.

Great location and comfortable stay

We were able to stay at this wonderfully quaint place in Narrangansett for the Labor Day Weekend. It has all the household items needed to feel like a home away from home. The location is close to everything, 5 mins to any shopping needs, beach or fishing location! We were able to take the little ones on a nice walk around the neighborhood nightly. It’s super safe and quiet.

Beautiful Property in a Quiet Neighborhood

Property was exactly as described. Perfect location for hitting the beach and venturing into Newport/Providence for the day. Great location outside of the hustle and bustle to attend the Folk Fest. Nice little private backyard with games in the shed. Very much enjoyed the outdoor shower while gazing at the stars. Would visit again, John was a great host!

Comfortable and convenient

My wife and her daughter and grandson had a great time during our stay at John’s place at 89 Palm Beach Ave. The house was comfortable and very clean and convenient to Scarsborough and Narragansett Beach. The kitchen had whatever you needed and the outdoor shower with changing room was a hit. The property had a private backyard where we had several cornhole games on the boards that were there. Laundry was easy and the AC worked great during the hot, hot weather. Can’t say enough good things about the place, and John was very accessible and helpful for the couple of questions we had. A great time had by all!
