Explore the Narrow River to the north to enter Pettaquamscutt Lake or to the east to access Narragansett Bay and the north end of Narragansett Town Beach.

Don’t forget the other area amenities; kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, golf, trail walking, bicycling, etc. Dining options are numerous. One of our favorite areas in Narragansett village is Boon Street, just 2 miles south. We recommend pizza from the Bike Stop Cafe and Crazy Burger for a veggie experience. For seafood try the Coast Guard House or Matunuck Oyster Bar. Don’t forget a trip on the Block Island Ferry out of Point Judith, less than 8 miles. Convenient coffee shops and boutiques on Route 1A just minutes away. This is the ideal location!
Newport, RI is less than 15 miles away with its famous Cliff Walk, numerous mansions, Grand Casino, and eclectic shops; and not to forget its fine restaurants and sail boat cruises. Beautiful home - great location - wonderful hosts. The property is less than a mile away from the beach and a short walk to the kayak launch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The house was fabulous. We visited for a week with our family and had a great time. The house is walking distance from the beach and we were able to view the fireworks from one of the terraces. The owner was very responsive. We hope to be back next year!
This was the perfect home for our annual long weekend away with friends and family! The home was clean and spacious with plenty of room for relaxing and spreading out. Location was even more perfect! The kids loved walking over near the bridge to go fishing and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The deck and yard were well maintained and fun spaces to hang out. Deb was responsive and quick via email and provided all of the necessary information to make this a smooth trip! We had a fantastic time, thank you for sharing your home!
All of us really enjoyed the house. It was very well equipped ans we had no issues. The beach was within walking distance. Narragansett was very lovely. If you go, make sure to have some Brickly’s ice cream!
This home was great for three small families as we each had our own bathroom. Location is great. Close access to the river to fish and kayak. Our teens loved the ping pong table and corn hole games . Lots of supplies included and the beach chairs and kayaks which were nice quality. Home was very clean. We would definitely stay again.
We usually go to the Jersey shore. This summer, a wedding brought us to the Narragansett area and this property. Plenty of room with privacy when you wanted that. Well laid out kitchen, two big open-spaced rooms (with big flat panels). Close to good restaurants and excellent beaches. The owners and property manager were easy to work with and the residence was a cream puff. 5*
Shed needs to be cleared of bushes hard to get beach chairs with many and too many bees
House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The twin bed was not a bed just a cot. Television was great with large living area to accommodate nine of us. Plenty of parking. Loved the suite on second floor with balcony to watch the fireworks. Stove and refrigerator were great but definiitely needs new pans. I would recommend this house .
Pluses: The home is in a great location with easy access to beach and amenities. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and very nice. The main living area was comfortable and spacious.
Minuses: The home is older and had a musty smell, the beds were old and uncomfortable, sheets were not provided, the comforters and blankets were stained and poor quality. The bedrooms were minimally decorated and not very welcoming. The air conditioning did not work well and we struggled with keeping the house cool.
We really enjoyed the location and the space that this house provided. We had 9 adults staying there. We were easily able to be together for meals, games, etc. The bathrooms and appliances were great. The house was clean. We enjoyed walking and kayaking! Narragansett may see us again in the future!!
House is clean with plenty of rooms for two families. Only problem was that Narragansett town beach is very expensive, but we went to the state beaches which were great.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and a great location!
Thank you! We enjoyed our stay with family. A perfect location, we walked to town, enjoyed the Air show on the second floor deck and the Coast Guard House and Cool Beans.

We had a ball- the location was perfect! The house was the perfect size for 8 adults- everyone had space to themselves! House is fully stocked for vacation fun!
Our only suggestion would be moving the firepit downstairs so everyone can enjoy it- seating is limited on the deck where it currently is.
Propery maintained very nicely. AC was very cold on the lowest level bedroom. State beaches nearby to drive to for swim. Kayaks available to use in river. Difficult to use as current comes in ad goes out. Had great stay with kids and grandkids.
We brought our adult kids and grandson on a family vacation. Between the beach, kayaks, and fishing there was plenty to do. The beach house was very spacious, and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. We really enjoyed eating on the shady back deck. It was a great time! We’ll be back.
We found this property online and when we got there we absolutely loved it! It had ample amount of room and it was in a great location! We were visiting from out of town so we were able to have some family stay the night and there was plenty of space for them! Not only was the house spacious but it was in a great location, close to food/the beach/as well as other locations in RI. As an RI native I would have to say that if you are looking for a great space that is well supplied with items (cooking utensils/pans/citronella candles/all your beach needs) this is the house for you!
We stayed at this house for a family wedding. Our group went from age 11 to 93. It was great for everyone, had a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. There is no bathroom on the main or entry floors but it turned out not to be a problem. I recommend this house as it worked very well for us.
Property was clean, comfortable. Space to spread out. We had 12 family members staying and everyone enjoyed the week. We stayed away from the Narragansett Town Beach (hefty parking and entrance fees). Instead, we bought a season pass to RI State Beaches. Allowed us to park at both nearby Scarborough and Roger Wheeler beaches. Kayaks on a cloudy day proved to be a nice activity. Main kitchen, dining and living area is warm and inviting. Nice family gathering space.
We had lots of room, it just wasn’t described hammy stairs or were in the unit. We had an 89 year old lady and she did have a few problems with the stairs.

The house was a great size for our needs. Loved the location and area. The kitchen was well stocked.
Furniture in the main living area was dirty and needs to be replaced. Overall, needs some TLC for sure. The lower level had an odor and the carpet was disgusting. All and all it is a fine home and a great size for families but needs some replacements and paint to improve.
