Had a great time visiting children and grandchildren. The house was perfect both in size and location. Everything we needed was there including highchair a toys. We highly recommend this property.

Property is well kept and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the residence and great proximity to everything. Would highly recommend. The welcom wine and chocolate for the holiday were greatly appreciated. Would rent again.

I feel so lucky that we found this house. I have been coming to Rhode Island from California every summer with my husband and 4 kids for the past 18 years. After our stay at this house, we all agreed that this was our favorite rental house - beautiful, clean, well-stocked, great location, perfect size. The communication with the manager was super easy. We really hope to rent here again next summer!

As beautiful as the pictures are, the house is even grander in person! Not only is the house huge & clean, it is perfectly appointed (not cluttered, not empty) and has an incredibly welcoming feel 💗 Everything you need is provided, even beach chairs and beach towels! The location is perfect! Beautiful neighborhood less than 10 minutes from the beach! Rachel is lovely & easy to communicate with :0) We would absolutely return! Sidenote: if you are a coffee lover definitely check out FUEL coffee shop nearby, it’s awesome!
