"I think when you check in it should be explained that the credit card that you ask for to be held in case of any charges that could be made.. is charged $100.00 to your credit card and not immediately reversed. When I called and asked about it after seeing it on my statement, the person I spoke to said she’d have someone call me to explain when the $100.00 would come off my cc. I never received a call back. Very disappointed"
