I got voice mail and left a detailed message about my arrival and my phone number. When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number. "I am overwhelmed at the thoughtfulness and kindness of the manager of this property Cliff. He went above and beyond on my short stay here!! He offered the staff wifi when I couldn’t get connected. He welcomed me when I checked in late and was so tired. He got me a fresh breakfast when things were out and delivered to my room. He really changed my way of thinking of a super8 on a last min stop. I cannot rave enough of his commitment to his property and management!! Thank you!!"
