Villa sea view, quiet close to the center of Sainte Maxime.

"Excellent property with great views and pool. Fantastic location with short 20min walk to restaurants and centre. We had our dog with us and property was pet friendly and secure. Only minor issue was property agent who met us was expecting our arrival at 5.30pm but we were delayed and arrived at 7.30pm. We advised agent via email shortly after midday our ETA had changed to 7.30pm and got no response. Agent was clearly in a rush and desperate to get away when we arrived and the handover was short and sweet with no added value. We’d suggest it’s unnecessary for agent to meet guests at all and keys could just be left in the keybox for guests to let themselves in. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Côte d’Azur."

"Great little hotel in the center of St. Maxime.walking proximity of everything. Rooms are quite small & bathrooms are very dated. The tub situation was difficult to take a comfortable shower. Rooms are clean, lobby is cute & simple. Pool is a plus. Parking isn’t on site, not terrible thing but as a traveler with toddler we much prefer onsite parking. Lastly it’s dog friendly which I love dogs but I would rather not because we had a dog barking in the middle of the night in a room close by to ours."

"Wij waren met 3 gezinnen en hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad.De inrichting is sfeervol.Het ruime huis bied veel mogelijkheden.We konden makkelijk met 10 personen binnen of buiten eten. Alle slaapkamers hadden airco en eigen toilet en douchegelegenheid.Het mooie strand van Nartelle ligt op 5 min . met de auto. Je kunt er gratis parkeren.S'middags verbleven we meestal aan het huis. Het mooie grote zwembad was heel fijn met voor ieder een ligbed.Voor de veiligheid van de kinderen had de eigenaar een omheining om het zwembad geplaatst.Voor uitstapjes heb je wel de auto nodig.In de drukke periode kun je vanaf de Port van St. Maxime met de boot naar St. Tropez en Port Grimaud. Lopen naar het centrum is voor kinderen te ver.Met 10 personen is de vaatwasser en wasmachine wel gemakkelijk.Er is ruimvoldoende service en bestek aanwezig.De gastheer is heel behulpzaam."

"Appartement très agréable, décoré avec beaucoup de gout et d'une propreté irréprochable. La résidence est calme, la plage est tout proche et les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons été très bien reçus .Nous avons apprécié le barbecue sur la terrasse.La seul petit point à signaler est la mezzanine: elle est très basse et il faut se déplacer avec beaucoup d'attention, ce qui peut être un peut contraignant pour les personnes de grande taille. Cela dit, nous pensons que c'est une caractéristique fréquente de ce type de logement dans la région et non défaut des propriétaires.Nous recommandons cet appartement."
