Riads in Nasarawa

"The management of the hotel wasn't great. I arrived by 4pm (2hours after check-in time of 2.00pm) but the room wasn't ready so I had to wait for it to be cleaned. 2. The AC remote did work throughout my stay and they tried but couldn't fix it. 3. It was a struggle use room door key to open the door wheneverI go out. 4. The WiFi didn’t work throughout my stay. They tried but couldn't fix it despite moving me to another nicer room 5. There were no glasses for drinking water/juice in the hotel for drinks purchased outside. They only had plastic/paper cups My overall experience wasn't great"

"They lie on their listing claiming to have 24 hour shuttle, which they do not, they lie about the breakfast when you have two people listed on the booking the only allow you to have food for one person, lastly, there’s no elevator so you have to carry all your stuff up the stairs and it’s quite the amount of stairs. Although they are aware of their false advertising, they don’t even try to do anything to make a customer happy you’re just supposed to put up with it."

"This place is amazing incredibly beautiful absolutely the best food in Abuja. There is no comparison to any other Stay than this property. The staff was incredibly kind and you could tell they take pride in their business. I felt safe and secure and I will always come back to them. The room was immaculate room service incredibly amazing and I love the stuff so much. The artwork was so beautiful and I cannot wait to come back to Nigeria just to stay with these guys."
