While Booking through Expedia, the property rate was inclusive of Breakfast but during stay they denied any such booking. So we compelled to take breakfast with extra payment at the property since there was no other alternative available in the vicinity.
There was no electric kettle in the room as well.
Before check in , the property reception confirmed that there was confirmation for 1 room booking received by them from Expedia, but we booked for 2 rooms, which later they confirmed.
