Staff was really nice. The shuttle drivers were awesome! Location is perfect for games at Vanderbilt University. But the water in the shower was not warm. And the bathroom in the single bed rooms is tiny.

The heat in my room wasn't working properly and the toilet kept getting stuck and ran a lot until I went in and jiggled the handle. I absolutely hate the parking charges and those who propose that crap.

Great room setup for friends traveling together with wonderful staff and a a gorgeous lobby and restaurant. Nice details in each room. Comfy beds and pillows. A great location. Would absolutely stay again.
