"Rude customer service. Tv was messed up and called front desk, he said to watch the 2 channels or nothing. Channels were partial porn and QVC. He refused th o come check it out or replace tv. Room wasn't great, partial clean, noisy, bed hard. Sheets keep coming off bed cause bottom sheet was a flat sheet. Won't stay there again."

"We didnt no one was there!! We were stranded with a 7 year old and no were to stay. One abandon car in parking lot. Lights on Vacancy sign flashing but everything locked and no one would answer the phone. Hotels.com relocated us for one night but we needed to and could not find another for the next night. Never book with Lenox Inn. in Lenox GA."
