It had cold air, a clean nice mini fridge and a microwave (I never used the microwave). The bathroom/ shower house is that of an older well used campground shower house and could use a face lift but gets the job done. "This house had it all!! Especially if you have children they had all the fun toys for all ages! This house was plenty big enough for our family of 9! It was perfectly located just a mile or so from town to eat or shop. Southern Charm is the perfect name for this house because it was very well decorated in vintage charm. Loved it all and will definitely stay here again."

No HVAC system, room heater wouldn't work, ceiling in living room coming down, screen porch in poor repair, no towels (think at least there should be) no outlet in. bathroom and no place to plug in hair dryer & use a mirror. I had asked for a number to call owner & didn't get one, I arrived late due to numerous traffic delays, used ring doorbell and said to leave a message, as I was walking away it started talking to me and told me where to go....

"The home was lovely and had most everything one expects when renting a cabin. Only issue if you even want to call it an issue was we never could find where the propain tank was for the propain grill's and fire pit."

"The property is beautiful and clean. It is always a bonus when we rent a VRBO and every bedroom has a bathroom, so kudos for that! The upstairs bedroom/bunkroom and playroom are very spacious with a foosball table. The house is on the second row of houses, so it is not on the river; however, it is a short walk. I was just a little bummed about not having a view of it. We carried a gas grill because we were unsure what kind of grill was available and our family cooked BBQ ribs, burgers and brats....
