"We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend with two families; children ranged from 10-14 in age. Communication with the host was great and they were kind and understanding when we arrived late due to traffic. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed many amenities about the house, as well as the surrounding area. "開発合宿に使わせていただきました。古い家なので仕方がないのかもしれませんが、埃っぽいのとハウスダストなのか、全員咳が止まらなく、辛かったです。古い木造の独特の匂いもキツかったです。田舎のおばあちゃん家に慣れてる人であれば大丈夫なのかもしれませんが、若い世代の人だとキツそうです。"

"外気温マイナス3度中、宿泊いたしました。事前に部屋を暖めてくれておりました。チェックインの管理はきっちりしており、屋内での宿泊者全員の顔写真の撮影をもとめられました。また使用したものの片づけ方なども細かく記載されており、管理会社さんはしっかり管理されているようです。宿泊者にも、一部管理を求められますので、宿泊価格が適正なのかは個人の感覚により異なってくると思います。冬期は、寒く布団をかけずに寝返りが激しい子供には、厚めのスリーパーを要します。加湿器がないため暖房を使用しながら就寝するなら加湿器を持参されると良いと思います。風呂場は、寒く脱衣所にも暖房器具が欲しいと思いました。ドラッグストア、コンビニ、スーパーも車で数分以内と比較的近く良いと思います。全体的に良く管理されている貸別荘だと思いました。"

"懐かしい雰囲気の日本の家屋で、清潔感があって、静かで過ごしやすかったです。朝は鳥の美しい鳴き声で起きました。デッキでゆっくりコーヒータイムを楽しみました。アクセスも良く、日光東照宮まで歩いて行けました。自然に囲まれてリラックスして過ごせました。ありがとうございました。また、泊まりに行きます。"

"・オーナーが使用したであろうフライパンが洗われずシンクにそのまま。・冷蔵庫はオーナーと共有しているのか入れる隙間がない、８〜９割埋まっている。・滞在期間中に庭に人影が（業者の人や、草むしりをしている人）あり、プライバシー感が無い。「那須の民家でアットホームに」と言われれば、そうなのかな…と微妙な感じです。"
