We had an incredible experience at Hostal La Base! We were very well taken care of by the staff and the location in Puerto Natales was excellent. The facilities were very clean and perfect for our group. We would definitely recommend staying here!

A Wonderful Stay

Hostal La Base was very comfortable and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. I stayed here twice on the bookends of my trip and highly recommend. Great location to the bus station and restaurants and markets within walking distance. Breakfast was a buffet and more food than I expected.

Friendly, helpful staff always there to answer questions. Lovely breakfast ready promptly at 6 am each morning so you have time to eat before catching the buses to the park. Very convenient to the bus station too!

Hostal le Base is a great place to stay. The staff are both friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the clientele were all very respectful of noise so we had very comfortable sleeps. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome stay!

La Base is one of the best stays that I had in my last trip. The staff exuded remarkable hospitality, always there with a helping hand. The cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable, creating a comforting and inviting ambiance. The warmth of the place, coupled with the consistently excellent hot water, made for a truly delightful stay. And let's not forget the breakfast – truly exceptional!

Comfortable and homey guesthouse conveniently located (ten minute walk to the Rodoviario bus stop and to the main drag). The hot water flows quickly and has ample water pressure. Bed/pillows are comfortable. Staff were very personable and gracious with my terrible Spanish. Breakfast is basic but hits the spot. Would recommend a stay here.

Comfortable, Friendly Place

We arrived late due to a late flight. No worries, got breakfast the next morning. Was great. Nice hot shower, very comfortable bed and pillows. Very friendly front desk. Stored our luggage while we did our trek. Was so nice to be so close to the bus station.

Amazing Customer Service!

Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel.
