"Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place, now they are under new management "

"I love staying here. Very quiet, calm, and the staff are very helpful, and it has a wonderful garden and bar/restaurant in site"

"My stay at Quality Inn Kigali was amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. From the first day, I felt right at home. "A very hospitable hotel"

"Overall service = excellent"
