Melinda’s Garden Apt #2 is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Private entrance, up the driveway, around right side of house to back door entrance at kitchen. You may park in the driveway if you like. Short walk downtown, along Main St. or St. Catherine, to shops and restaurants. Eight blocks to the Bluff overlooking the Mighty Mississippi. Natchez is a great walking town, enjoy your visit and come back soon.

Love our stay here. Close to everything and perfect accommodation. Chris was very attentive and was available for any problems which there were none!! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

Anniversary weekend

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the proximity to everything in town. When we drove up, it was very inviting with the lights on waiting for us. Cozy and clean! I would highly recommend to friends!

Cute little house. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Clean, well stocked. Close to the down town shops. A bit too far to walk but an easy drive. Sweet little breakfast awaits you in the fridge.

A room with a VIEW

Melinda’s Garden is the perfect getaway for a day or longer. I was mesmerized by the view of St. Mary’s Cathedral from the kitchen window. The kitchen is well equipped, the towels are soft and the water pressure in the shower will soothe your soul. Every single detail makes you feel you’re at home.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed snd appreciated the location of the property. It is located perfectly for walking to some shops and yet it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It is always wonderful to enjoy the ambiance of old world charm. This little apartment and Natchez was my idea of a spa retreat. Chris was wonderful checking in on us and leading us in the right direction for coffee and dining out. Chris is definitely worthy of a top tier host.

Great place!

This was such a cute place! The listing is way cuter in person than the pictures reflect. The contact for this property was so quick to respond and addressed anything immediately. We also had muffins, coffee, milk and water left for us as a little happy. The location is right by the main area of Natchez, but I don’t personally think I would walk. Everything was so close and the food was great! Such a cute and relaxing place to visit and an excellent place to stay!

Awesome!

This property was great. Super clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway! The location was great for the price. We brought our bikes and rode pretty much everywhere downtown. Bike ride was only about 3 minutes to “main attractions”. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. Super friendly!! We will be back!!

Just right for a senior couple. Quiet neighborhood, close to town, historical sites within walking distance. Internet good, TV reception good, muffins a special surprise and treat.

Escape from NW Iowa winter

Apartment was clean and came with necessities for a comfortable stay. Just bring your personal items and maybe a few groceries if you wish. Close to River, great little cafes, antebellum houses, and museums. Nicely furnished and comfortable bed!
