The staff was so nice and sweet. My family and I were in town for our family reunion so we all were spread out over all the hotels in the area. I picked this one with my mom. Our room was very clean and orderly however the smell all throughout the halls and lobby was so strong had us chocking! The carpets need to be replaced or shampooed thoroughly! The mildrew and moldy smell is not okay. So strong. Breakfast was good and everything else was good

Breakfast was amazing the coffee was great not too weak and the buffet bar stayed full and had turkey sausage a big plus in my book because I don’t eat pork. Breakfast bar and lobby clean and modern. The room was not as nice it had stained dirty looking carpet and the bathroom tub was gross. And the bathroom door at the bottom was discolored due to water damage

First of all, I tried to call front desk: No answer. Secondly, the internet strength was weak. Furthermore, the toilet pressure is weak and the heat of water while taking a shower is just lukewarm. I had to ask for fresh towels on my second day. Moreover, BOTH of my key cards DID NOT work the second day when I returned with hot food. I was highly upset when I had to return to the front desk to get them reset. Finally, while check out is at 11, the housekeeping barely knocked on the door at 10 and entered the room before I could get up from saying my PRAYERS and RESPOND. That totally sucked. One great thing: BREAKFAST in my opinion.
