No problems in the room except the lavatory sink faucet dispenses warm to very hot water, but not cold water.There were a lot of cigarette butts and other clutter in the parking lot, but the staff was in the process of cleaning it up when I was there."

"Beautiful 100+ year old house. Very well maintained and the owners were very responsive to our needs. Close to downtown, Melrose on the Cane, Alligator Park. Also close to great restaurants. The house is great for family group time or some time to yourself. Would easily stay again."
