"I love this property. This was our second stay of the month and I highly recommend. Comfortable, friendly and clean. Great breakfast. Only issue was that we were not told at check in that there would be a $75 pet fee. After checking out we were sent a receipt which surprised us. Disappointed we weren’t told of the charge when we checked in."

"We highly recommend the Lynn House. Many short-term rentals are blah. Not this one. The home has the charm of older houses of its era, including hardwood floors, though its been nicely updated, Homey decor made it feel lived in, especially the genius of using old faucet parts for bathroom fixtures. Snacks left on the counter were particularly welcoming. The location was convenient for attending a Central High School reunion, part of which took place at Drury University.The neighborhood is quiet, and it was pleasant to sip coffee on the front porch every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast, though one morning we walked up to Commercial Street -- something we wouldn't have considered when we lived in Springfield a couple decades ago. Amazing transformation. We'd stay here again if the opportunity arises."

"The place was very clean. Host very quick to respond to messages or questions. Great front porch for hanging out. The gaming theme was intresting. That was not the draw for us.weneeded a one night stay at a reasonable price close to our performance venue. This was it.Only one caveat. If you have any mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. Nothing dangerous. Just not accomadating due to steps, lighting and some tight corners."
