My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also perfect—close to everything and very convenient. "The room was spacious, well decorated and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke good English, (must admit that I found Albanian a difficult language to get into!). Location is great being only a short stroll to the centre of the City. There are plenty of quality restaurants within easy walking distance."

"Yea good new hotel, room was very nice, 2mins away from the city centre and square, everything is around that. Area directly opposite the hotel does not look the best is old Albania houses that need renovation, but that’s fine. "

"Great hotel with really good quality rooms. Fabulous breakfast and service too, the only thing that knocked it down was the spa. The hot tub was broken/cold, and the sauna wasn’t working the best it could be either which was a shame. Otherwise really lovely hotel"

"room was ok. bathroom was freezing and hot tub didnt work as it should. overall stay was good. breakfast area was sooo cute. NO ELEVATOR! keep in mind if u have a person in wheelchair or lots of luggage. be prepared to walk. any flights of stairs. "
