"First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. "They canceled my reservation without prior notice. The reason was that the rate was too low; I paid what was advertised on Expedia. i was left stranded "

"Clean room and full breakfast. Why is breakfast for 1 person when room is booked for 2?"

The owner should consider solar for electricity but in overall, this is a safe place to stay and I will recommend e- suite hotels any time. Thanks"

"A great and serene place "

Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. Breakfasts are lower end in quality - think cheap airline meal. Sounds like I have complaints but as a place to put my head down I wouldn't object to staying here again. Staff...

"Nice to have bar and pool and table tennis. service is slow. Kitchen not equipped at all. Only get 1 towel and no toilet paper"
