"The property is located in the heart of old Ljubljana and is very convenient to everything. The room was fine, though a bit chilly or clammy for mid-September, The in-room carpet needs cleaning or shampooing. An excellent breakfast was included. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful."

"The service in communication was excellent at all stages of our stay. Information was supplied well in advanced and with clarity. It made getting into our apartment very easy and checkout simple too - we were even offered early check-in. The apartment is in a great spot of rowen, it was very clean and laid out well with a good eye to detail. The amenities were great and there was a generous offering of teas and coffees. The bed was comfy enough and air conditioning was located well. There was also a lot of great recommendations given. Overall a great place to stay with a super host with good communication."

Parts of the common areas (e.g. the elevators) have only been partially renovated. Breakfast is average with staff sometimes looking overwhelmed."

"The staff is very helpful. We arrived late and they offered to park our car. The lobby is a little bit old fashioned. They offer a really spectacular breakfast. Overall very nice."
