"Staff were excellent, had an issue with room heating, health with it quickly and efficiently, no issues. I think it's equally important to rate a hotel not just on how well it runs but also how it handles any issues should they crop up. Would be happy to return on my next visit. "

The room was larger than what we are usually accustomed to, and it came with tea, coffee, and a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. We used the pool twice, and the kids absolutely loved it.
