Lots of mold around the room. Was there for a business trip so didn’t spend alot of time in the room but it was still there. The parking lot was excellent and very convent. It was why we stayed there. Not a bad spot just needs some updates. "

There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve."
