"I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The level of care and support provided by the staff was truly exceptional—they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. The amenities were excellent, with reliable 24/7 Wi-Fi, constant hot water, and a TV with a wide variety of shows. Everything was well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Rooms are cleaned every day or whenever you need them cleaned. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to my relatives and anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay."

"The Expedia did let us down this time as nothing about this accommodation was matched with the description on their website from the location; facilities in the room to the continental breakfast. The bathroom is tiny; no hot water and the shower didn’t work. The so called“continental breakfast” is the worst as you have no choice of anything. The cook brought to us a bowl of corn flakes with hot milk, a plate with a frankfurter sausage, some crumbled egg and a spoonful bake bean, 2 slices of bread (no butter-no toaster) and a cup of tea. The housekeeper and also breakfast server didn’t do her job properly( not clean the room at all during 3 days we were there); extremely poor quality food for breakfast and serious lack of customer care. Overall, unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this to anyone. "

"Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. "

"No kettle to make hot cup of tea, no milk, no tea or coffee, No toilet rolls No dust bin Sheets were not changed they showed someone had slept on them. A very dust room Shower floor slippery,not scrubbed it was dirty"
