"This property has some trouble! Many items did not work: the WiFi was very weak in our first room. The second room had a broken toilet that overflowed. The phones in neither room connected to the front desk. The vending machine did’t work and one of the ice machines did not work. The front desk worker was polite and helpful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good! Don’t recommend a stay here until perhaps all the renovations are completed."

"Our stay at the Super 8 in Casper, WY was cozy, comfortable, and refreshing, a much-needed break in a long drive to visit family in Idaho. We were greeted upon arrival by the kindest, most welcoming staff, who kindly checked us in and excitedly informed us about the breakfast options, especially the waffles. We settled into our room soon after, falling fast asleep in the quiet of the darkened room for a full night of deep, restful sleep. Waking the next day, we were greeted by the smells of breakfast (as well as the surprise blizzard outside, but that is beyond the control of the Super 8 :D). All in all, we had a lovely stay and would most certainly stop here again on future road trips. I would recommend the same for others passing through, and highly recommend that those who do remember to try the delicious waffles on your way out in the morning!"

"Breakfast was terrible, maids only clean your room every 3 day's. TV quit working 1st day of 3 day stay. Room smelled like urine and musty cigarettes. Had to gp get our own towels for the room. Trash and dishes were left in hallway for 2 day's. Food in restaurant was good but service not so good. Overall this was a terrible experience and we'll NEVER return. "

"The hotel is in pretty bad shape; peeling paint, dog poo in the grass trash in the walkways. My first room had only one usable outlet (across from the bed) no hot water or towels, a broken sink and a significant dip in the bed. My second room had one more outlet and towels for the shower but it must have been a smoking room from the smell and marks on the counter in the bathroom. The knob for the shower was loose and went all the way around and was a bit of a challenge to get just right. The room did get cool for my sleep and the dip in the bed was not as bad as the other room. Not sure if a remodel could save this place! But new mattresses and adequate access to towels and electrical outlets might be a good start. "

"Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable and cozy. The owner/property manager was so accommodating and quick to respond. Advice for future guests consider bringing pots and pans from home if you plan on cooking. There were only two very small pots and pans available in the home."
