Perfect stay for a visit to the state park. The restaurant and bar were nice. The food was not great but it was good, and the very nice staff and old school atmosphere more than made up for it.

The best part of staying at this property is its proximity to Natural Bridge State Park, which is a true treasure! The hotel itself has very comfortable beds, but the on site dining is only so-so.

Room very clean. Neat older refurbished facility. Staff excellent. Had 3rd floor room …took the hot water a good while to reach the room…and drain was S-L-O-W…but just added to the nostalgia. Would stay again.

Beautiful location. Clean. Paint was rough on the bathroom door, and one of the linoleum tiles in the bedroom was loose. The Colonial Dining Room restaurant was great.

The area was nice. The rooms weee very comfortable and the bathrooms updated. The rooms were clean but the hallways were dirty, stains in carpet, and the gym was dirty, no towels, the free weights had been picked through. The hotel has great potential

Tons of potential. They have a beautiful building that needs a bit of updating - mainly the bathrooms. Also cleanliness could be better addressed. Cobwebs and dead moths in bedroom. Cobwebs hanging from the chandelier in the dining room. The front desk staff and the waitress at breakfast were very nice and treated people respectfully.
