As you enter this mountain-view charmer, you have to go up a flight of stairs to reach the main living space, which boasts a beautifully decorated, light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Discover a welcoming living area adorned with unique paintings, vintage items, and numerous books. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. On this level, you can also find one bedroom and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub. The upper level boasts a spacious bedroom with a working desk and an en suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Additional perks include a shared deck, a shared volleyball court in the back, and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
