"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location is excellent—right in central Berlin and close to many major attractions.
The breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed it every morning. The breakfast room is very spacious, with beautiful and comfortable tables that create a pleasant dining atmosphere.
I gave four stars instead of five mainly because of the bathroom. There is no walk-in shower, and guests must step over a high bathtub. Only half of the bathtub has a glass partition, so water splashes onto the bathroom floor. There are also no shelves or hooks for toiletries, clothes, or personal belongings. The trash bins in both the bathroom and under the desk are too small, don't provide enough space for even one day's worth of trash.
There were also a few housekeeping issues. A bath mat was not provided, so we had to use a bath towel to dry our feet. An empty glass water bottle that we had placed beside the bathroom trash bin was not removed. We did not realize that empty glass bottles were supposed to be placed in the three-compartment recycling bin under the desk, with separate compartments for glass, plastic, and other waste.
My husband received a new bottle of water, but no new bottle was provided on my side because the bottle I had been drinking from still contained a small amount of water.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall. The excellent location and breakfast were major advantages."
"This trip was to celebrate birthdays and wedding anniversary. Johanna and Rebekah made this very special for us with a nice surprise treat in our room. The view of the dome from our room was outstanding!"
"A very clean and luxurious hotel that doesn't come with the 5 star price. The reception area was always well staffed and the hotel shop was well stocked at reasonable prices. The check in was painless and as we got there early we were able to leave our bags and go off for a wander while the room got ready.
The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed.
We didn't have the breakfast as we thought 25 Euros each was a bit excessive but i know from a previous visit that it was a fine spread.
I would recommend getting off the U-Bahn at Mendelson rather than Potsdamer Platz as it's a fair walk with bags from there in comparison"
"Location was fantastic - close to the metro station and provides easy access to events and sites. Hotel was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very happy with hotel. Stayed in the family room which was okfor my 14 & 16 year old, although a bit more space would have been ideal. Staff were super friendly and a great location 10min walk to the zoo"
