Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. Property is super good staff in the hotel so professional , just one thing the driver of the shuttle bus from airport to hotel is rude , i knew the bus has a white color when i told him is this going to NH hotel he was like ah no no there is another bus .. i felt he has something to do unfortunately he had to work , i was about to miss that bus because of him while i was travelling all night with 5 years kid landed 5 am Frankfurt.. the bus was scheduled at 6:15 he left 6 :13 hope there was no...

Hotel itself is extremely clean modern and updated. Sometimes there was no staff on hand when we needed help but it wasn’t a big issue. However, I did feel a little unsafe coming home late at night. The next morning, however during the day, everything was fine.
