Distribution

With a capacity for up to 8 guests, this home is spread over three floors and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one with two stylish bunk beds and its own bathroom with a shower, the second with two more bunk beds, and the last with a double bed. The latter two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have access to a private outdoor terrace, ideal for evening gatherings.

The main floor boasts a spacious living room where you can relax on the sofa with family and friends in front of the fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area with spectacular views.

The upper floor houses the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

While the property does not have its own parking, there are uncovered parking areas available nearby.

During the winter season, this accommodation includes a parking space and a ski locker at the Val de Ruda development.

Upon arrival, we provide a small cleaning kit (cloth, scouring pad, dish soap) and a toiletry kit (small shampoo, gel, soap bar), one toilet paper roll per bathroom.

In summer, during the months of July and August, weather permitting, we offer free guided mountain excursions through some of the most picturesque areas of the Valle de Arán. The difficulty level of these excursions is low to medium.

Pets - not allowed


Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with the necessary information to complete the Online Check-in and detailed instructions to reach and access your apartment.

Five days before your arrival, you will have access to our online concierge service, with complementary services to your reservation, making your stay a wonderful experience.

In summer, during the months of July and August, whenever possible and weather permitting, free guided mountain excursions will be conducted through some of the most picturesque areas of the Arán Valley. The difficulty level of these excursions is low to medium.

You will have access to a special emergency phone available 24 hours a day. WE ASK THAT YOU ONLY USE IT IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES


Trash disposal: For hygiene reasons, please ensure that there is no garbage left in the apartment. Please dispose of waste in the containers provided.

Return the keys: Before leaving, make sure to leave the keys and parking card in a visible place inside the apartment.

Additional requests: Ensure that all windows are closed and leave the apartment in an orderly condition, collecting any personal belongings and ensuring that everything is in its place.
