The Val Artíes 3 Apartment is a unique accommodation in the Arán Valley, different from the typical homes usually found in the Pyrenees, which often feature a more rustic decor. In this case, it is a designer apartment with underfloor heating, wooden floors and ceilings, combined with metal structures and light-colored walls and furniture, creating a modern yet cozy atmosphere.

The Val Artíes 3 Apartment is spread over two levels. On the main floor, you will find the living room on one side and a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, along with the dining area on the other. Between the living room and dining area is a fireplace, and behind it, there is one of the bedrooms, equipped with a bunk bed that has a larger bed (120 cm) on the bottom and a smaller one (90 cm) on the top. From the living room, on one side, stairs lead down to the master bedroom, and on the other, to another bedroom. The master bedroom, located on the lower floor, has an en-suite bathroom and a large 180 cm double bed. A door separates the bedroom from the dressing room and the bathroom. The third bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm beds, and next to it is the other bathroom. The bathrooms are one of the standout features of the apartment, with a modern design enhanced by a rustic touch thanks to the wooden floors. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.

Artíes is one of the most important towns in the Arán Valley, both for its historical monuments and its tourist infrastructure. Artíes is home to some of the valley's most famous restaurants and pintxo bars, and along with Vielha, it is one of the main hubs for nightlife. Its strategic location places it between Vielha and Baqueira Beret (7 km from both).
