Very basic property but expensive for the amenities. Very well located. Staff was friendly but at checkout they didn't want to call a taxi for us. Room wasn't quiet, you can hear conversations from next rooms in the middle of the night. I will not stay again there. Many better places around.

The staff was delightful, very cheery and always happy to help. The rooftop bar was very relaxing, the pool a refreshing dip in the heat of the day, and breakfast was excellent. Great value for the money.. would highly recommend.

This place is fantastic, right in the middle of the city with Gran Via station only a minute away. Don't book a city view room, the courtyard rooms might not have views but they're totally quiet as they're at the back. The rooms are super modern and comfortable with AC for the hot Spanish summer, and even USB charging on one of the bedside outlets, and the bathrooms are just what you need with large showers and big towels. NOTE: Be aware this is a guest house and not a hotel. It's functionally like a hotel but you'll need to do your check in online and use the door access codes given there to access the property, there are no staff to check you in.

We got to check in early which was a bonus and when we had a water issue they immediately came to clean it up and ultimately helped us move our room. The staff was very nice and the room was great. Ac worked well. It was close to train station and metro stops-a little out of town but we wanted to be close to train station so definitely met that goal. We would stay again and recommend.
