The condo is huge with great views of the beach and pier. The balcony is massive with chairs and tables. The bed was comfortable and the unit is fully stocked. Now for the not so good. The beach gets crowded fast. You may want to bring your own towels, the ones provided are not very soft definitely after getting a little too much sun. The toilet in the king room needs to be secured it will move when u sit on it. Other that its a great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing views and great balcony. Everything in the condo was just as shown in the pictures. Great location close to the pier and easy access to several restaurants and to the causeway. We highly recommend this condo and we will be back!

Great location. Would stay there again. Beds were very comfortable which was a nice surprise. Most places we have stayed in the past didn’t have such nice beds. Check in was easy and convenient. Overall no complaints.

Beautiful beach; nice location

This condo is in an excellent location and the beach is absolutely beautiful. There are carts in the lobby for loading/unloading. Elevators were quick. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very nice. The kitchen is beautiful and updated. I would suggest getting a Keurig coffee maker! Thankfully, we brought our own. There is a large screen TV in the living area, but multiple remotes are complicated to use (same in all bedrooms). I would suggest having instructions for using each TV/remote. There are ceiling fans in every room with separate switches from the lights. This was nice! The beds we used were very comfortable but the headboards are not attached and are wobbly. The bath towels are pretty small and scratchy, however, there were plenty provided. The middle bathroom shower was not cleaned efficiently and there were black curly hairs in the shower. Yuck! The area rugs are very worn out and dingy. I would suggest a deep clean of these. Also, the living area rug was taped down with duct tape which was ugly, but I'm assuming it's for handicap access? Overall, this is a very nice unit in a beautiful section of Navarre Beach. Our trip was in off season (3rd week of October) so it was very quiet and not crowded at all. The white sand is like sugar and the water is so clear and beautiful. An earlier check in time would be nice, especially since we changed time zones driving from NC, and it was almost 5:00 pm "our time" when we arrived.

This was the perfect location! Easy access to the beach. Great amenities. Everything was clean!! Probably my only complaint is it would be nice to have some basic kitchen things like coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. just is kinda silly to buy two hundred coffee filters we just had to throw away! We had a set of sheets that were dirty and we got immediate help - it’s very easy to get in touch with someone. The gift shop was super nice! Pool was lovely!

Perfect Stay for our Getaway!

My family booked this condo for a 3 night stay at Navarre Beach. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. The home was clean and ready for us upon check-in. The hosts at Vacasa were very responsive to our needs and made the experience enjoyable. The pool was clean and warm. Beach access was well kept, and the complimentary umbrella and two chairs made preparing for time in the water quick and easy. We would definitely book again for future stays in Navarre.

The condo was very clean. We loved that there were 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The condo was quiet and well taken care of. While the building was busy, it was like you were all alone once you were in the unit. I especially loved the beach service. Having chairs ready for us on the beach was amazing.

Here’s a warm and family-friendly review you could use for your beach front condo stay over Labor Day weekend:We had a wonderful family getaway over Labor Day weekend at this beachfront condo! The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space to relax.The kids loved being able to go straight from the pool to the beach, and we enjoyed watching the sunsets together in the evenings. Parking and check-in were easy, and everything was exactly as described.This condo made our holiday weekend so special, we made great memories and would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and as expected. Views were splendid. We really loved how close to the beach and pool. We were disappointed in lack of armbands - we were a party of 5 and only provided 2. Also, the area rugs were extremely dirty. Lastly, when we asked about included beach chairs, umbrellas and in unit hair dryers - the person who communicated said there wasn’t but they were in fact included. I would recommend better communication between owner provided items and the management company.

I highly recommend this condo. It was the cleanest condo we’ve rented in Navarre. It’s a corner unit so it had plenty of natural light. The three bedrooms with three bathrooms were very convenient for ours girls getaway. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve found. The ice maker worked well so we didn’t need to buy ice. The only things you’ll need to cook are oil and spices. There were plenty of towels provided but we did pack beach towels of our own. The included beach service was great. You need to go down first thing in the morning and put your towels on any set that doesn’t have a reserved card on the umbrella. You can pay the attendant 10 per day to reserve one but we didn’t find it necessary. The pool is heated in the off season starting in November but you wouldn’t want it heated during the rest of the year or it wouldn’t be refreshing. Overall we had a great week!
