Beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom beachfront condo in Pearl #403 on Navarre Beach.

We hope you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful 1377 sf, 2 bedroom, condo in the Pearl. This is a gated facility with two pools (one heated) and a hot tub, as well as direct beach access. We have a fully open living area with a newly remodeled kitchen. Enjoy views of the Santa Rosa Sound, as well as the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the main living area. Located on the 4th floor, with views of the white sand beach, pier, and the Gulf, you will not miss anything. The condo offers a large garden tub with jets and a large shower in the Master ensuite. The master bedroom with a King size bed which offers a Gulf/beach view that is absolutely stunning and with available access to the balcony. The second bedroom with a Queen and Twin size bed also offers a private ensuite when you close the pocket door. Both the bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses, with a Tempurpedic mattress in the Master. In addition the condo has a Queen size Murphy bed in the living room if additional sleeping space is needed. The main living room has a large dining room table with benches along with additional seating space at the bar area. There is also a wet bar area equipped with an ice machine to fill coolers, or for drinks. The large reclining leather sectional sofa offers a comfortable place to relax. If you prefer there is also a table with four chairs and a loveseat located on the balcony for you to take in all of the sunrises and sunsets. Located within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, bars, and the only convenience store. The Pearl offers two large swimming pools (one heated and one not) and a hot tub. Outside grilling area located beside of the pool area. One set of beach chairs with umbrella will be provided March through October, when the chair service is available. Tipping will need to be provided by renter, customary $5 to $7 per day per set. Also if you would like to be on front row you will have a better chance if you rent an additional set of chairs for the week as weekly/daily rentals get priority. I suggest you speak to the Chair service guy once you check in to get on the list to have the rental set put out for unit 403.

This condo has been updated and has everything needed to be comfortable. Furnishings were very nice. It was clean and very comfortable. We had no complaints. Views were amazing also. We hope to come back and stay in this condo in the future.

Beautiful Condo!

We loved our stay so much and the condo is beautiful, one of the nicest we've ever stayed in! The pools and overall location and ease were perfect! We were hoping that Navarre would be less crowded but the condo location near the pier and other condos made the beach very crowded in front of the condo. There are less crowded areas a few miles down that we enjoyed.

AMAZING FALL BREAK IN 403!

This condo exceeded all of our expectations! Owner sent us all of our info weeks ahead & was willing to answer any questions we had. We walked in to our condo after a long day on the road & it smelled so clean! All of the upgrades are top notch..has everything you could possibly need for the week (especially the ice machine)! We had an issue with WiFi and the host contacted me within minutes of messaging to assist us! We will definitely look to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect place!!

This is our second time at The Pearl in Navarre, different residence. This is by far my favorite Vrbo that I’ve stayed at. Very well thought out with the kitchen. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. It’s on the perfect floor. We love the Pearl. It is close to everything. The property owners were very attentive to my questions and scheduling. I would highly recommend this place anytime!!

Everything about this location is perfect. The owners are great to deal with. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is gourmet and the building is top notch. This is the second time I have been to this condo and I love it here. My grandsons were impressed and didn't want to leave. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your beautiful place with us. Maybe we can come back in a year or so.

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was exactly as listed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was stunning - top of the line everything! It was clean, had everything we needed and more. It was close to the elevator, which made taking our things up and down really easy. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The owner was easy to work with, super nice! Navarre itself is beautiful. We highly recommend anyone staying here. We will be back! Thank you for letting us stay!!

403 Pearl

Unit was absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay. The weather was perfect. Everything is beautifully updated in the unit, and it was exactly as pictured on the website. Had a slight hiccup with the AC during our stay , but the owner had someone out as soon as possible to get it fixed. The extra beach chairs and cart to haul items to the beach came in handy. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely rent this condo again!

The true Pearl of Navarre is 403

A great week at The Pearl, this is our third year in a row and our first at 403. All I can say is “Wow”! The owner of this unit thought of everything you could possibly need for a great stay! This unit is updated to the max. All beds are comfortable and the linens fresh and the rain head showers are so refreshing. The 2 chairs on the beach where great! See Juan and he will take care of you. Make sure to tip him also. The Pearl is well kept also with great pools a hot tub and grills. It’s gated and safe. We like to walk down to Juana Pagodas for beach volleyball and food and fun. We love Navarre and the Pearl and 403 is awesome.

Absolutely amazing

Property was exactly as listed. Very roomy, clean and updated. Literally had everything you needed. So much storage space, closets in bedrooms were spacious, plenty of towels, but could have used more than the one garbage bag provided but I always bring some from home. The ice machine was perfect for our cooler. I think everyone checks in on Saturdays at the same time. There was a very long line to get on an elevator and no carts available for groceries or luggage but we managed. After check in day, we never had a problem with getting an elevator quickly. Pool was clean, beach was so close and great. It truly was an amazing place that we absolutely loved and definitely want to visit again.

Wow!

This place is beautiful! Beautifully decorated interior and gorgeous views of the beach from the deck and the bay from the kitchen. When you get off the elevator on the 4th floor, it's the first unit you get to. Large, gorgeous kitchen. Huge fridge. Plenty of cabinet storage space. Large dining room table. Large, comfy couch. Murphy bed is easy to put up and down and very comfy. Nice high top table and comfy loveseat on the deck. The light on the deck is red, so we had to take one of the living room lamps outside to be able to play games at night. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge. Guest bedroom is also plenty roomy, even with 2 beds in there. Guest bath is nice size. At one point during our stay we noticed there were not any pot holders and a few other items. We contacted the property owners. They went and bought them and dropped them off! So wonderful to have local owners. Loved the island. Easy walking distance to a few delicious restaurants and a cute gift shop. Nice sidewalks to be able to walk/run. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Super short walk to the beach (down elevator, through pool area, wooden boardwalk and you're there!) Only complaint is the internet was spotty. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice

My husband and I rented this property in May. The condo was clean and pretty and had nice furnishings. There was a hole in the beautiful couch, though. The chair rental was not as advertised. We thought we would have free chair rental; however, we were told by Juan that the "paying customers" got the chair rentals in the first row and we could have a set in the second row if available. He said we should get there early in the morning before all the chairs were claimed. We got up early to try to get chairs for the first three days we were there (not fun on vacation.) We did not bring our chairs because we thought they were unnecessary. After a conversation with the chair rental owner, we were told that if chairs on the second row were all taken that Juan would put another set out for us (but still on the second row.) Also, the chairs are not the kind that allow a person to lay on their belly to get sun on their backside. I had sent a message to the condo owner asking about the chairs at least a week before our trip but he never responded. We shopped for tri-fold chairs in Navarre but couldn't find any quality-built ones that folded out completely, so we used the chairs in the condo storage closet (two-fold) along with a blanket we had in our truck. We also found a cabana type umbrella in the closet which was broken but my husband fixed it and we used that, too. Overall, it was a great stay except for the chair rental issues.

Pearl 403

This is our second time at Pearl, unit 403 and we love it. The condo is up to date and very relaxing to stay in. We enjoy the kitchen and balcony so much. The Pearl is very clean and the employees work hard to keep it that way. Will be back next year!

Not what we expected

We picked this unit mostly based on the balcony furniture. We love to sit outside early in the morning and at night. There are numerous well decorated properties but very few have the comfortable outdoor furniture we like. Although the pictures of the unit showed this furniture, when we got there it was not there. I reached out to the owner and was advised it was removed two weeks prior. No apology or adjustment made even after saying this is why we picked the unit. The bed is quite firm which made it hard for us to sleep on. Please note, unless you want to wake up early every morning, I would suggest buying another set of chairs. Sadly in the over 8 years of going to the gulf, this is my first bad review and experience.
