Navarre Regency #609 - Ocean Air Without a Care!

Your perfect vacation is waiting for you at Navarre Beach Regency 609. A large spacious 30’x8’ balcony has amazing views of Navarre Beach’s white sand and the beautiful, clear turquoise green waters that make the Emerald Coast famous. Or gaze at the beach through the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in both the living room and master bedroom. At Regency 609, all of your needs are taken care of. Tastefully decorated in Tommy Bahama style, just sit back and enjoy.

Reservations include complimentary beach service with one umbrella and two beach chairs (March 1st through October 31st) for our guests (front row positions are not guaranteed).

Navarre Beach Regency has only 106 units on nine floors with a large 400 foot gulf front beach area, allowing more beach space per guest than neighboring condo buildings.
A fenced community pool is available to guests, heated seasonally from March to October. Enjoy the barbeque areas on both ends of the building, bike storage and temporary storage for any chairs, toys, and beach items you may have, a ping pong table in the common area and luggage carts for easy loading and unloading. A full fitness center is available for use by guests and a paved walking/biking path runs the full length of the island.

Regency 609 has everything to meet your needs including:

Navarre Beach 's white sand beach is unparalleled with numerous outdoor activities. Visit the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Florida's longest, the Navarre Beach Marine Center with the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and Science Station, drive or bike through the Gulf Islands National Seashore (US Park Service) and enjoy the walking path along Gulf Boulevard. Nearby Pensacola is filled with history and arts.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”) which covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The only thing the least bit negative about this condo was it could have used a little refresh on the furniture and living space. The kitchen was great and the Master Bedroom was comfortable. The cost of the condo was very good also. I will stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Wonderful oceanfront stay!

The condo was lovely. Very well appointed - furniture, outdoor furniture, kitchen appliances and utensils, bathroom towels. Terrific location! Sixth floor with an amazing view of the gulf!! Within walking distance to the pier and a couple very good, casual restaurants.

March 2025 Regency

We absolutely loved our stay! We came for our kids Spring Break week, and we prefer a more laid back beach vibe. Navarre and this stretch of beach in particular was perfect. The condo was clean, and very well stocked with almost anything we would need. The property itself is within walking distance to the pier, three restaurants and the Turtle Conservation center. We had a great stay and have already recommended this property and the complex in general to several friends and family.

Great condo

This is one of the best beach condos we have ever seen. My family brought my husband’s elderly mother and it was perfect for her and our young children. It is large, clean and comfortable. The balcony is big with comfortable chairs. All beds are fantastic.

Always a week of Paradise

This was our second year in a row staying in Regency 609 and everything was wonderful. It was even better this year because it was familiar, like coming home. Jeanine is always responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo is fully stocked and very comfortable. The view is amazing. We plan on coming back again next year.

4 sisters 2024 beach trip

We, four sisters, loved being at Summer Fun Regency 609 in May 2024! It is a beautiful, very comfortable, nicely decorated condo with an awesome view. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. The communication between us and the owner was exceptional. We would love to stay here again. This was our first experience at Navarre Beach and we loved it. It is a whiter, less crowded beach than some of the others we have stayed.

One of my favorites

This condo is one of my favorites. It's located in Navarre. It's so very tastefully decorated. It's beautiful. They supply practically everything you need. The property manager is wonderful. The beach is not crowded, clean, and safe. I simply cannot say enough about how great it is to stay here.

Perfect Beach Condo

We stayed here for our girls trip (four adult women) this past week. It was amazing!! The condo was spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so spacious. The balcony is wonderful. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It is right by the elevator that takes you down to the pool and beach access. Everything we needed was provided. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in/out was seamless. The condo is close to the pier and lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach condo experience.

The Best!

2025 was the fourth annual Navarre trip for my mom and me. Although we had stayed in the Navarre Regency on a prior trip, this was our first time in this particular unit. This one was BY FAR the best one we've stayed in. It was super clean, with top-quality furnishings. Mom and I enjoy cooking together, and 'Ocean Air Without a Care' had everything we needed in the kitchen! I especially loved the Keurig K-Duo Single Coffee Pod & Carafe Coffee Maker in the kitchen. Many rentals have a drip coffee maker OR a single cup Keurig, but the fact that this machine offers both was fantastic!!The washer was a HE washer, and they provided specific HE detergent, so we didn't have to buy any, which was nice!!We appreciate the beach service that was included in the package, and the folks who managed the beach chairs/umbrellas were super kind and helpful as well.The property owners/managers Linda and Jeanine were super nice, very welcoming, and communicative. Definitely 5/5 stars, and we look forward to staying here next year!!
