The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and having a second fridge in the garage was awesome. The fact they had bikes for our use with our stay was a plus. The kids really enjoyed riding them around. There are no negatives about this stay. The owners were great and very responsive to our text. Will definitely book again.

This location was perfect. On the beach, with lots of toys provided by the host and the beach area had a lifeguard that was stationed where we were located at. This made my sister-in-law and her husband feel safe with their little children playing on the beach. The hosts were great and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed.

We had so much fun at this home! Wes and Melissa were easy to get in contact with and answered any questions I had. The kayak and bikes were great! Along with all the beach equipment it made it so much easier to not have to pack everything! The rooms were clean and we plan to stay here again on our next trip to Navarre!

Great location, on the beach. Great amenities with a garage full of all the beach gear you need- chairs, kayak, umbrellas, wagon and bikes were awesome. Ping pong tables and video games. This place is truly great and I am guessing we will be back to stay here as the whole family enjoyed the stay. Great hosts and easy check in and out. Also tennis court and pool!

The property was perfectly located, just steps from the beach. They provided all the beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas you could want. The property is perfectly set up for family and friends with children and babies. They even purchased a gate for the stairs when they found out we had toddlers. The owners are so kind and were easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I’ve been staying at Beachview since the Holidome was lost in the hurricane years ago. This was the best unit we’ve stayed in by far! The game room put it over the top! No need to buy sand toys either as there are plenty in the garage to use! Thank y’all so much for allowing us to rent your lovely space in my favorite place on the planet! We will be back if you’ll have us!

This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed plus so much more. Enjoyed the arcade games, beach toys and kayak. There were tons of bikes too. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. Absolutely no issues. Beachview is our favorite place to stay in Navarre because it is a small low rise community which means their beach is not crowded. Views from the balconies are amazing and the beach is just steps away. A+

We love Navarre, this is our 4 year. 2 nd year for Beachview. This townhouse was not as nice as the other one. But it was ok, other town house has so many more extras. We had a little problem with air conditioner, no one never came to check on it. Down stairs just did not cool off at night, but we managed ok. Not a lot of setting in living room, but all in all it was ok.

We really enjoyed our stay! We vacation with close friends of ours every year and it consists of total relaxation. We could not have found a better location! The townhouse was just as portrayed online, if not better! It was so nice being able to walk right out the back door and directly on to the beach. We love to come to the beach and just relax and enjoy the sun, sand and company and that's exactly what we got. The owners, Melissa and Wes were so accommodating. We had a couple of questions after we got there and they answered immediately! They also had everything you could think of available at the townhouse...from everything in the kitchen, to beach chairs/umbrellas, a grill, arcade games and ping pong on the lower level. It was so nice to not have to lug sandy items up to our room...we could just shower off and leave everything downstairs until the next day. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and I've already recommended it to other friends and family.

Overall, the property was OK. We have stayed at several Navarre beach front properties in the past 3 years, often for months at a time. This was the most expensive, and perhaps our expectations were too high. First the positives: great location & lots of extras. The kitchen was well equipped, there are bicycles (mostly working), arcade games, a kayak, ping pong, etc. We chose this condo because we were flying and didn’t want to worry about beach chairs, etc. The beds were comfortable. As for the negatives, it wasn’t super clean. The shower curtain was moldy. The carpet was stained/very worn. The walls are very thin. We were kept awake by our neighbor coughing.. Lastly, we didn’t have great temperature control. The owner was responsive after the heat dropped to 63. We were given control of the thermostat. But it would be turned down frequently. We have stayed in Navarre many times in December and January and have never had such a problem with being cold. Once we reset the thermostat, it usually only took an hour to warm up, but it was a constant struggle to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature.

This poor review reflects how what should have been a minor inconvenience was handled by the owners of the property in a disreputable way. Basically, a smoke detector began chirping our first night there waking up our family of 6. There are no 24-hour stores open in Navarre. The nearest is 40 minutes away. Understandable,…it happens. We were assured by the owners, the following morning that someone would come place new batteries while we were at the beach. The detector then went off the 2nd night again waking us up at 3 am. No one had come. I drove to Walmart when it opened at 6am to get batteries that morning. The owner called me stating his property manager was to blame and offered us financial compensation via partial refund for 2 nights of disrupted sleep, which we accepted. I replaced the batteries in all 5 or 6 detectors that same morning. This was our families one summer vacation for 2023. It was a rough start, but we made the best of it. Fast forward to now, 11 days after vacation’s end, the owner is refusing to refund us the amount we agreed upon in good faith stating that VRBO doesn’t want them to refund us. When renting a vacation home, the Owner should take Ownership of the problems that arise and make things right. They are unwilling to stick to their word. Beware.
