This is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 full bathrooms house located in a quiet residential area. Fully updated, has everything to make you feel at home: king and queen beds, bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill (with propane tank), high speed WiFi, TV, washer/dryer, 2 car garage (with additional free parking on the driveway).

The space:
Single story house in a quiet residential area with a fully fenced private backyard with a heated pool. Walking distance to the Santa Rosa Sound (3-4 min walk) with access to a small beach area. Short drive (10-15 min) to Navarre Beach.

3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage.

Heated Private pool, fully enclosed.
Note: no pool heating in Jan and Feb.

Nice beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The property was a 5 minute drive to Navarre Beach. Also, not too far from Destin and Pensacola. Easy day trips to both! The heated pool was nice to enjoy after a day at the beach. Viktoriia checked on us upon arrival and throughout our stay to make we had everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Great house

We were in Florida for our grandsons baseball tournament. The house was very nice and we loved the pool. No serious issues and Owner was very prompt to answer questions. There were 5 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Last Minute Gem

We were specifically looking for a home with a private indoor heated pool to stay for Christmas. This gem of a find offered that and more. Extra touches like laundry pods, k-cups, beach gear and laundry baskets made it even more special. One of the cleanest rental homes I have stayed in and the host was very friendly and attentive. The home is in a small community and minutes from a small beach. We plan to stay again.

Private Paradise

We enjoyed our stay here the kids enjoyed the private pool and games. The beach is beautiful we enjoyed it and looking for shells and sharks teeth will love to come back again

The inside of the house looks nice. But the outside is sub standard compared to the rest of the neighborhood. Leaking kitchen sink, roaches in the bathroom, dirty bed linens upon arrival, that we immediately washed! The pool
