SUNSHINE FOR RENT - 11th Floor

Newly Painted! New Furniture! 11th Floor

Imagine waking up, filling the Jacuzzi tub up with hot water and soaking up the beautiful sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a part of the magnificent Beach Colony Complex. Each floor is private and keeps unwanted guests from being able to access your area. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach included in the rental.

As mentioned before this Condo sits right on the Beach. The beach has luxurious white smooth sand and clear emerald blue water. The area is perfectly populated, not like many overcrowded vacation spots.

The amenities of the condo are listed below. Some worth noting though are the fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, tile showers, washer, dryer and an amazing spacious wrap around balcony that connects to the master bedroom. The floor plan is great. A breakfast nook, dining room and living area flow perfectly. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedroom hosts two double beds, one large closet, a couple dressers and a TV. The living area has a very nice television to relax and enjoy some of your favorite movies.

The local area is amazing with great restaurants nearby. Our favorite restaurant, the Tiki Hut, is just a 5 minute walk to the corner. They have great breakfast food including pastries for the morning routine.

It’s a short walk or drive to a lot of the activities people look for. The place is great for kicking back and getting in some much needed R&R. Wave runner rentals are close, bike trails, beach volleyball, and a very nice pool are favorites.

The beach is great to enjoy during the day. Pull up a chair soak up the rays, head back up to the room and enjoy the view for a quick lunch and then go enjoy the beach or activities. At night you can enjoy the sunset and have a nice relaxing evening on the balcony or go out and enjoy the town.

Great view for the week

We had a wonderful stay with four adults. The view was beautiful, and the unit was comfortable and well furnished. We had one small issue upon arrival, and the owner was quick to respond. The master bed was a little firm for us personally, but still a great bed. The view from the lanai was incredible, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella such a treat! Would stay here again

Best experience with VRBO

This was by far the best experience we have had renting through VRBO. The condo was meticulously clean. It was well stocked and comfortable, and conveniently close to everything, the beach, restaurants and coffee. Our favorite part was the complimentary umbrella and beach chairs, such a luxurious touch. We will never stay anywhere else.

Our stay was fantastic! No problems and property owner was super helpful! Great location and great beach access. Stayed with two adult daughters and my elderly parents. Elevators were impressively fast unlike previous places we have stayed. And the guys renting umbrellas on the beach were eager to help everyone and very friendly!

Beautiful condo!

This is a great place to stay, will definitely rent again. It’s very convenient, with the pier and restaurants in walking distance. The view and the large balcony are amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and all of the furniture is comfortable. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella were definitely an added bonus. The property owner is very accommodating and attentive to detail, making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing trip

I stayed with my mom and we had a wonderful trip! The condo is so beautiful and had everything we needed. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and enjoying the views. We felt right at home. It was our first time staying at Navarre Beach and we loved it. We walked on the pier at sunset. Very relaxing vacation and we hope to stay here again!

Fall Break

The owner communicated with us prior to arrival and ask that we text on arrival to make sure everything was ok. The condo was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing. We had a great time and would stay here again.
